wire-mesh merged its coordinator-election/federation-removal redesign: the six federation_* vectors are gone, coordinator_v1_with_capacity_hint is new, revocation entries are now each a signed cose-sign1, handle-claims carry the pluralised mailboxes field, and protocol.cddl reflects all of it. The emitter needed no changes -- every new shape reuses patterns it already handles (plain map frames, cose-sign1 references, arrays of rule references), confirmed by all 26 vectors round-tripping byte-exactly.

wire-mesh merged its spec redesign (ExaDev/wire-mesh#12): coordinator election added, the federation link protocol removed, revocation entries now self-certifying cose-sign1s, handle-record mailboxes pluralised. This refreshes cddl.js's copied test fixtures to match -- no emitter changes needed, every new shape reuses patterns it already handles. All 26 vectors round-trip byte-exactly through schemas generated from the new protocol.cddl.
